Here is the link to download the NCLEX-4000 program. After you click the link, just wait a few seconds and choose "Regular Download" don't click the "High Speed Download" you gotta pay for that one.
After you download it, click on the file and it will automatically extract itself.
While it's extracting, it will ask you where to extract it to...just give it a name like NCLEX and a new folder should appear on your desk top after it's done.
